| Driven by the "Chinese enterprises to go out" strategy,China’s enterprises in the international project occupies a considerable share in recent years China’s research on the risk of offshore projects is far behind the scale of the growth of the Chinese enterprises.China’s high-speed railway "going out" has to face many kinds of risks from all aspects inevitably,and the special B&R strategic background makes the China’s high-speed railway "going out" is also a special risk,the strategic significance behind it will cause many countries and regions to speculate.The international railway project involves more risk factors and its impact.,therefore,it is necessary to discover the prevention and control methods and the coping strategies of the risks it faces,so as to avoid risks as much as possible,aims to reducing the loss to a minimum.Therefore,it’s of great significance to study the risk of the China’s high-speed railway "going out".The paper introduces the background of B&R and the "going out" of China’s high-speed rail firstly,and expounds the risk of overseas projects in China,which leads to the purpose and value of this paper.This paper reviews the current research situation in domestic and abroad,and reviews the previous scholars’ research,and puts forward the method of System Dynamics to carry out the modeling of risk,and gives the technical road map adopted in this study.Introducing the theoretical basis of the related research.Briefly summarize the specific railway project case used in this paper-the construction project of Mo-Ka high-speed railway.The main work of this paper includes:1.This paper expounds the contractor’s risk identification method in the construction stage of the Mo-Ka high-speed rail project,and uses the literature research method and the expert interview method to identify,classify and sort the contractorr’s risk in the construction stage of the project.Leaving the main risk factors as a model of the border,ignoring the secondary risk factors.The risk identification model based on system dynamics is established to identify the main factors that cause the progress risk,cost risk,quality risk and the safety risk.2.This paper describes the methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the contractor risk in the constructing stage of the Mo-Ka high-speed railway project,expounds the method of project risk analysis,analyzes the analysis method,introduces the quantitative analysis process of the quantitative development of the project,discusses the specific steps of quantitative analysis,and finally draws the risk Analysis of the conclusions.3.This paper introduces the concept and content of the project risk response,and then puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the risk responses of the contractor in the construction stage of the hole project. |
