Study On The Development Changes And Planning Countermeasures Of Songyuancity Based On The Regionalism

A regional characteristic is the remarkable feature of one city being different from others. Cities display different development process and external urban morphology due to the differences of the regions and the developed historical background. The regionalism of Songyuan City is not only reflected in the rich water resources, and Songyuan is the resource-oriented city that is rich in oil and natural gas, at the same time it is where the former Guo Mongolia Autonomous County is located and a representative city which has the particularity and universality in the northeast area. Along with the rapid economic development, cities are faced with the challenge of resource depletion, that the transformation is imminent. Domestic researches on regional cities focus on coastal cities, the provincial capital cities and big cities of more over millions of people, for Songyuan City which is a prefecture-level city that the population is just over five hundred thousand, the theoretical researches and the experience that can be used for reference are still blank. The daily management of urban planning urgently needs to carry out the related researches of the urban features to be built and urban spatial structure.Through the research of Songyuan urban regionalism and development changes, this paper, with the urban regional theory, location theory, environmental psychology, sociology, economics, aesthetics and other discipline theory as a guide, reviews and summarizes the related theories of urban regional spatial structure, and by using the methods of literature research, empirical research and historical vertical and horizontal comparison and so on, this paper puts forward that Songyuan City should seize the historical development opportunities from a regional perspective, enlarge the regional factors according to the objective conditions of its own development, make correct decisions on the urban transformation to promote the urban development in pluralism, inject vitality into the urban development and guide the city to develop healthily and sustainably by the active intervention of urban planning.The innovation of this paper is based on the " the regional urban spatial structure of Songyuan City " as the main research content, focusing on the influence of regional factors on urban spatial structure, which is the perfection and development for the spatial structure theory of regional cities and which enriches the study on the economic transformation and sustainable development of resource-based city. In practice, this study will provide scientific guidance and demonstration for the domestic resource-based small and medium-sized cities to create urban features and optimize the urban spatial structure, and provide theoretical guidance for the sustainable development of resource-based small and medium-sized cities, and provide the reference for urban spatial development and planning of other types.
