The congestion problem in parking lots is getting more serious because of the continuous increase of cars, which is mainly caused by the progress of society, the development of economy, and the increase of national purchasing power. This problem results in not only the waste of time and energy, but also the inefficiency of transportation. Therefore, it is necessary to design an advanced energy-efficient intelligent parking management system.As for the real-time communication solution in intelligent parking lots, Zig Bee is chosen to take the advantages of wide area network coverage, strong anti-interference, low cost, and high system stability. Geomagnetism vehicle detection technology is used to acquire and analyze the parking information, and to get the corresponding parking signal when a car is driven into the parking lot.Parking signals can be transferred to goal nodes, and then the goal nodes communicate with upper computers by serial ports. The intelligent parking management system is in charge of the display and management of parking information, and the parking guidance for the users by external LED monitors.In the process of system implementation, network is configured network channel, node address and transmission power, and Zig Bee network is also established, both of them are based on several designs, including communication chip CC2430, outer ring circuit design, serial circuit design of telegon and upper computer communication and software design of terminal node, route and telegon under the IAR development environment, and we can achieve the function of superior transportation status display by using Visual Basic 6.0 to design intelligent parking management systems and accomplish the program design of serial reading procedures and state judgment of parking stalls. System detection is completed and results analysis are given by providing the main working paragement of system communication network node and energy detection analysis.
