With the rapid growth of motor vehicle ownership, the road traffic volume has increased dramatically, the traffic capacity of the existing have already can’t meet the needs of dynamic traffic. At the same time, due to the rapid growth in the number of motor vehicles, the subsequent parking demand also increase, and the development of a variety of parking facilities far less parking demand growth speed, which makes the domestic many large and medium-sized city parking the increasingly prominent contradiction between supply and demand, serious traffic jam phenomenon is widespread. As a result, the phenomenon and the reason for the curb parking problem in the right way and the inductive analysis of the impact of road traffic, and on how to strengthen the comprehensive control inside curb parking problem, basic countermeasures and methods are given to improve traffic has important theoretical significance and practical value. In this paper, the curb parking problems in has carried on the correlation analysis to the influence of road traffic.This paper analysis the parking in the right setting conditions, then the right within reason for parking behaviors are analyzed, and from two aspects of supply and demand for its formation mechanism was studied, and analyzed the inside road parking of motor vehicle traffic flow, traffic, the influence of the machine not a human traffic motorised vehicles and its in light and the absence of light on the influence of the intersection. Using the simulation software Vissim for vertical and inclined column type two kinds of inside road parking has carried on the simulation, in the case of a fixed number of berths is studied, the relationship between the average vehicle delay and traffic flow and under different traffic flow, and the changes of average vehicle delay with the number of berths and inside road parking problems related countermeasures and Suggestions are given. Then select, average velocity, the average share traffic flow for three parameters, using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp) on relevant countermeasures research and evaluation of the impact of delay in concrete, and gives the relevant countermeasures of sorting weight.
