In urban traffic system,the bicycle traffic has been occupies an important position,it is one of the most important mode of transport to urban residents in China.In recent years,with the urban traffic congestion,environmental pollution is increasingly serious in people's daily travel and health caused great influence,with the concept of "low carbon living,green travel" rise,bicycle as a kind of green travel means of transport is more and more brought to the attention of the government and the people.however,in recent years,with the motor vehicle ownership rapid growth,interactions between vehicles and bicycles were also day by day serious,motor vehicle occupancy bicycle lanes to park is one of the main disturbance affects for bicycles,it lead to negative effect to promote public travel.After reviewing the literatures at home and abroad,this paper summarized the deficiency of the present study.Then conclusion domestic specifications for setting curb parking in bicycle lane,the arrangement of curb parking,capacity of bicycle lanes and service level classification.Paper analysis of the process of curb parking impact on bicycle riders,and use of mathematical statistics to analysis the changes of bicycle traffic flow.Curb parking to bicycle traffic on delay model is set up which based on the individual attributes of riders,and parameter is calibration,and the sensitivity analysis has been done.Finally combining with the experience at home and abroad,paper put forward the improvement measures and suggestions.This paper mainly research contents include:(1)Analysis of the mechanism of the influence of parking behavior to riders.Combined with a large number of field observations,the parking behavior is divided into three kinds,and it includes that motor vehicle enter/exit the parking space and stop in the bicycle lane.The process of their influence and choice behavior of the rider are analyzed.Prepare for the next step of the experimental data investigation.(2)The study of characteristics of bicycle traffic flow.Investigate the road with/without curb parking,and the experimental data has been obtained.Analysis of the proportion of all kinds of rider,the time characteristic of the traffic,degree of traffic load,the average speed of four kinds of condition and so on,and conclusion the change of traffic characteristics.(3)The traffic delay model of curb parking effect on bicycles.Base on the process of curb parking effect on bicycle riders,and make traffic delays as quantitative indicators,and the proportion of all kinds of rider,the operation characteristics of bicycle traffic flow,behavior selection probability and others as the factor of model and the sensitivity analysis has been done.(4)Improvement measures and Suggestions.In view of the present phenomenon of curb parking impact on riders,from two aspects,the planning management of bicycle lane and planning management of curb parking,this paper puts forward some improvement measures and suggestions to expect the rider has a safe and comfortable environment.
