In recent years,with the urban parking problem is becoming increasingly serious,as a short-term,convenient way of parking inside driveway has gradually become an indispensable part of urban parking system,but the parking vehicles out of the parking area has a great impact on the road capacity,causing the delay of the normal running vehicles,influencing the operating efficiency of the road and upstream and downstream intersections,therefore,how to quantify the degree of the influence of the parking behavior at parking inside driveway sections on road traffic is especially important.In addition,with the contradiction between cities parking demand and the berths supply is increasing,the need to plan further scientific and rational parking supply capacity.In the research field of the influence of parking inside driveway on road traffic,this paper takes the parking situation of C hongqing as an example,establishing the model of the influence relation between parking characteristic index and road capacity.Firstly,combined with the current situation of parking inside driveway in Chongqing,from the three aspects of road conditions,traffic conditions,parking characteristic to analysis the impact of parking inside driveway on the road dynamic traffic;Then,through the investigation of road traffic and flow parameters in Chongqing’s typical parking inside driveway sections,according to the parking frequency distribution characteristics,using probability theory to calculate the expected delay of parking arrival to traffic flow,successively establishing the influence model between parking frequency a nd road capacity;Then,based on the before and after measured data of the parking area at parking inside driveway to draw the flow-speed curve,obtaining the change relation of saturated flow,counting and analyzing the influence of the length of parking belt on road capacity,establishing the influence model between the length of the parking belt and road capacity.In the field of the road parking road capacity of research,based on road parking in its influence on traffic capacity and making the capacity value as critical condition,according to the assumption of model proposed in this paper,study on parking capacity can be converted to the maximum length of parking area inside road parking sections,the parking capacity study reasonable ins ide road parking.By analyzing the parking on the road parking zone producing effect on upstream and downstream intersection,under certain road and traffic condition satisfies the roads allow parking capacity value within the road capacity,and analyzing the instance.Through the study of this article,we can study the influence of road parking on road traffic and analyze the reasonable parking capacity for other cities. |
