Research On The Community Pension Planning And Design From The Perspective Of Filial Piety Culture

Culture is an important part of Community construction,The elderly lifestyle,living habits and behavior patterns are influenced by the cultural and social environment.In the business and industry as the main mode of contemporary social system,our pension is facing the new social-economic and cultural background.In the background of increasingly serious problem of pension and housing for the elderly,Chinese-style pension and Chinese traditional filial piety facing difficulties,the lack of filial piety culture in community construction,and the elderly mental disease rate is higher and higher.This article uses the literature research method,questionnaire,observation and interview method,analysis from the perspective of Filial Piety pension planning and community,helps improve the pension system of our country and enrich the connotation of theory of community planning;guide the community planning and design practice;build a really suitable for our elderly community pension system,effectively improve old people’s life quality;the good for regulation of relationship between the elderly and the community,to other groups or family members,is conducive to family harmony,promote the harmonious development of society.Firstly,this paper reviewed the domestic and foreign research of city community endowment,Note the problem that the current study mainly on physical space,material support and how to better serve the elderly,positive impact study of the spiritual support of the elderly and the elderly is relatively weak.Then,analysis of China’s traditional culture of filial piety dilemma,from the outside to the inside and from three aspects of the status quo and problems of Chinese contemporary city community endowment,put forward the necessity of filial piety culture into the community construction.Secondly,In the analysis of filial piety culture development mechanism on the basis of contemporary society,it summarizes the three trends of contemporary cultural development of filial piety,combined with the analysis of the elderly demand level,constructed at different levels to meet the needs of different levels,meet the different level of the elderly’ community support system and the corresponding planning content system,including the security system of physical environment and spiritual support system.This paper puts forward,including residential security,daily service,medical and other material environmental protection planning strategy,And establish a healthy concept,scientific formulation of public policy,scientific planning,construction and other public advocate agriculture community mental health environment intervention strategies.Make retirement promotion behavior intervention strategies of the elderly mental health of elderly including volunteer program,intergenerational exchange programs,encourage pets,strengthen the old cultural and educational facilities planning and construction,promote employment management and services of the elderly.In order to protect the community environment protection plan and mental health intervention can be well implemented,should establish the corresponding social organization and evaluation mechanism,to really improve older people’s quality of life,stimulate the potential vitality of the elderly,promote social harmony,Truly realize the material and spiritual double support.Finally,Summarizes the basic viewpoints of this dissertation,and pointed out the shortcomings of this study and prospects for the future.
