Tower crane plays an indispensable role in China’s modernization in the process of rapid development, however, in our country every year at least dozens of safety accident of tower crane, the main reason for this phenomenon is:the tower crane safety monitoring industry in China has just started, the cab of tower crane many city don’t even install security monitoring system; safety monitoring device for tower crane reliability is poor domestic, most did not display interface, not in front of real time warning report accidents to the driver, and allows the driver to make timely feedback.In this paper, based on the human engineering as the breakthrough point, on the current situation of the domestic and foreign development of tower crane cab and the existing problems, the composition and the driving environment analysis of tower crane driving space, based on ergonomics of the driving space for human vision and behavior optimization design, the optimization design of seat height, depth, width and the damping effect, optimization design of body size and operating range, and creatively set up a shelf and a sunshade curtain. By applying the theory of ergonomics to optimize the design, improve the driver’s driving environment.Based on the basic principles of human-computer interactive design, according to research needs the questionnaire "the use of tower crane driver for safety monitoring device for tower crane and its expectations" of the interface design, field survey the scene of Ji’nan three of the construction site, a total of 100 questionnaires, doing interviews, and choose some objects interviews. This paper analyzes four aspects of safety device for tower crane man-machine interface from the driver and safety monitoring device of distance, the driver’s visual fatigue, the driver’s subjective characteristics, human-computer interaction interface color, interface content and further analysis of the safety monitoring device, through interaction and increase driver safety monitoring device, and then the safety monitoring device for tower crane is to maximize the role of.Based on relevant theories of human-computer interface based on the research and comparison of tower crane safety monitoring device of the existing domestic and foreign, carry on analysis and Study on safety device interface, the working characteristics of special environment combined with tower crane cab and the driver, the paper puts forward the overall design requirements and design principles, and from the overall design, the main control board layout and design, display interface layout and design of the three aspects of the design and practice of interactive interface, designed a interaction more comfortable, easy to use, interface conforms to the tower crane safety monitoring device of man machine interaction technology.
