Automatic Control System Research Of Evaporative Cooling Air-conditioning

This artical is mainly to study the automatic control method of all-air and water-air evaporative cooling air conditioning.The existing research on the automatic control of evaporative cooling air conditioning are based on specific, non standard unit type,but the forms of evaporative cooling air conditioning units are diverse, so reference schemes are limited.Conducts the research from the following two aspects:At first, summarize, induce the existing research about the automatic control method of evaporative cooling air conditioning,and put forward the evaporative cooling air conditioning control method for common structures.In all-air evaporative cooling system, most of the studies are base on two stage(IEC+DEC) evaporative cooling air conditioning unit, this paper introduces two kinds of the most representative control schemes to analyze, compare their advantages and disadvantages, and put forward the common control methods against this type of unit. In addition, the existing control method of four stage(IEC+IEC+DEC+mechanical refigeration) evaporative cooling air conditioning is also analyzed,and put forward the control method for common structures about evaporative cooling-mechanical refrigeration unit.Secondly,put forwad the control method for the unit that no existing research. In all-air evaporative cooling system, put out the automatic control method about evaporation type air conditioner and three stage(IEC+IEC+DEC) evaporative cooling air conditioning unit; In water-air evaporative cooling system, put out the automatic control method about the water – air evaporative cooling air conditioning system(for drying area using).According to the automatic control about all-air and water-air evaporative cooling air conditioning, can make the air conditioning unit run according to different seasonal patterns(summer, transition seasons, winter), not only meet the requirements of the indoor temperature, but also relates to temperature monitoring, valve interlock control, fan control, water pump control, alarm monitoring.This research study on the control method of evaporative cooling air conditioning unit or system comprehensively, hope to provide reference for the design personnel, promote the popularization of evaporative cooling air conditioning.
