Energy consumption of air-conditioning system is one of the main energy consumption of public buildings.In order to reduce the energy consumption of public building air conditioning system,in Xinjiang and other dry areas using dry air renewable energy instead of compressor cycle of artificial cold source for cooling,in order to reduce the consumption of power energy,while environmentally friendly.In recent years,in dry areas,the application of evaporative cooling air conditioning system in public buildings has been studied by relevant scholars and popularized,but there are relatively few researches on the application of this system,especially the application of evaporative cooling air conditioning system based on temperature and humidity independent control(THIC).At present,the application of evaporative cooling air conditioning system in public buildings also lacks comprehensive design and equipment selection instructions,system debugging scheme,application effect,energy-saving operation strategy and related economic and environmental benefit analysis,so that there are still a series of problems in the application of this system.The purpose of this research is to provide basic theoretical support for the whole process of evaporative cooling air conditioning system design,equipment selection,commissioning and operation of public buildings in dry areas,and to provide operation strategy for the system to realize energy-saving operation.Advising on the use of all-air systems and air-water systems for practical engineering options.(1)This paper starts with the design method and steps of evaporative cooling air conditioning system,based on the optimization of energy saving of the whole system,and analyzes and explains the design and equipment selection of the system.In the process of design and equipment selection of evaporative cooling air conditioning system,the energy cascade utilization should be realized as far as possible in order to make full use of dry air renewable energy to realize the natural cooling for a longer period of time,and to meet the independent control of each function section of air conditioning equipment and evaporative cooling air conditioning equipment as far as possible.In order to change the outdoor meteorological conditions or indoor load,it is possible to control the operation of the system reasonably and achieve the goal ofenergy saving.propose a semi-aqueous all-air system suitable for use in affluent areas of dry air renewable energy in Xinjiang.(2)In view of the particularity of the water system of the system,combined with the problem of small water flow occurring in the system application,the system installation and water system flow debugging are analyzed and summarized.The nozzle of the evaporative cooling chiller of this system does not have the ability to release non-condensable gas in the water system,and it is still necessary to install an automatic exhaust device on the water system pipeline,and when the system is running,the system circulating water pump should be turned on first.When the water system valve is opened,the system is closed when it is closed;or when the circulating water pump is turned off,it is slowly closed,that is,the pump frequency is gradually reduced until the system is closed.(3)The actual application of the system for investigation and testing,summer indoor temperature and humidity in line with the design requirements,temperature between the 24?~27?,humidity 45%~70% between,to meet the requirements of indoor comfort,at the same time because of the large amount of fresh air and direct evaporation cooling on the new air filtration effect,indoor air quality is good.(4)Analysis of the benefits of the system,the system compared to the traditional air conditioning system,its initial investment is 100,000 yuan higher,but the operating costs can save 32.2%,only the traditional air conditioning system 67.8%,after calculation,Compared with the traditional air conditioning system incremental Analysis recovery time is 2.04 years,has a very good economic benefits;compared with the traditional air conditioning system,the water consumption can save 60.29%,power consumption can save 27.4%,can save standard coal 35.84 T,equivalent to the annual reduction of CO2,SO2,NOX emissions are about 89.35 T,2.69 T and 1.34 T,reducing dust emissions by about 24.37 T.At the same time,due to the large volume of new air in the system,the whole air system for the full new wind,thus improving the indoor air quality,that is,the system is environmentally friendly,healthy air conditioning system.(5)To analyze the energy-saving nature of the system,to further clarify in the evaporation cooling air conditioning system design and equipment selection,should be considered in the late operation of energy-saving control,at the same time,when the outdoor enthalpy value is less than the indoor enthalpy value,increase the new air volume can reduce the energy consumption of the system,at this time,the whole Thesemi-aqueous all-air system proposed in this paper has more energy-saving advantages,in this system,as much as possible to set up air conditioning units and air conditioning units of each function section independent control,in order to achieve independent control and achieve better energy-saving effect.There
