With the development of "ecological civilization" and vigorously promote the construction of ecological city construction, the role of urban ecological land will be further attention. However,due to policy control aspect is not enough scientific, unreasonable land use planning and implementation does not reach the designated position, combined with all kinds of control indicators of mad, result Urban ecological land use control result was not significant,the ruinous trajectory of urban ecological system has not been alleviated, so this research study mechanisms for the control of urban ecological land, systematic approach to explore urban ecological land control, guide the planning decision-makers in theory, and to provide theory support for urban ecological land control.Firstly, comb the development and evolution of urban ecological land, revealing the historical position of urban ecological land in urban construction; With the ontology characteristics of urban ecological land as the entry point to clarify services of urban ecological land:supply, ecological, landscaping.Secondly, from four aspects, build systems of urban ecological land control mechanism. First, the study of public policy guidance, research and sort out the national and local government laws and regulations regarding the construction of ecological land; Second, the study of all levels urban planning, analysis the main content of urban planning at all levels(including Urban master planning, District planning, Regulatory plan),emphasizing the control of different urban ecological land planning level; Third, study the planning layout structure, At home and abroad, summarized the typical structure of urban green space system layout and arrangement, and further research construction of urban ecological land layout mode in the mode of landscape ecology "patch, corridor, matrix", sums up the general characteristics of urban ecological land layout structure:networking, diversification, ecological function composite, regionalization; Fourth, control indicators research, analysis related evaluation indicator system of urban construction and advanced cities selection criteria, to study the content and indicators for each control system, build indicator system of urban ecological land control.Finally, Through the case study of Shanghai, the maneuverability of the validation results. By means of this research hope to offer my humble opinions to reduce urban ecological land, for the systematic control of urban ecological land to provide new ideas.
