The Industrial Land's Layout Research Under The Ecological Concepts

The rapid development of the industrial economy not only has made a great progress, which meet the growing human needs, but also caused the natural resources waste. The people all around the world has paid attention to the problems that brought by the rapid industrial development. People's industrial production concept has changed. The research of industrial pollution control technology is gradually deepening.At this stage, the Eco-industrial practice has made Achievements in obtaining economic benefits, reducing pollution, reducing demands on natural resources and promoting social development. The Eco-industrial has become the future development direction. The current research on the Eco-industrial confined to the theoretical research on the environment and economic. But the study on industrial land, which is the space bearing the industrial production, is few. First, this paper from a number of perspective to study the industy's ecological attributes. Second, this paper research the industy's space needs from the planning perspective. Last, the paper sum up the land structure which adapt the eco-industrial's development.The first chapter described some of the major topics of research background, significance, the objective of the study and basic research.In the second chapter, the paper recall the theory in ecology, city planning and frontier disciplines. Combinating the problem in the planning of industrial land, the paper raise a ecological point to resolve the problem of industrial land planning.In the third, fourth and fifth chapters, the paper based on the "symbiotic", "cycle" and "evolution" point of thinking to research the space needs of industrial land. At last these chapters raise the accordingly distribution pattern.In the sixth chapter, at first the author research on the industrial development and land's structure; followed comparative study on various forms of the land's distribution; finally, sum up multiple sites of the former layout structure, and raise the industy land's layout of the structure, which is suitable for the Eco-industrial, is Belt- Delegation structure.This paper from an ecological perspective into the planning of industrial land layout, and provide new ideas for the industrial land planning.
