| With growing investment in infrastructure,the construction of expressway in China has undergone a rapid development.At present,the expressway network in China has been relatively sound,and the construction will enter into a stable period in future.Therefore,the existed road maintenance and management will become the core in the next phase of transportation development.Compared with the highway,the expressway maintenance is long-term,effectiveness and flexibility.Besides that,the maintenance also required high standard and procedure,technical specialty and expensive cost.So,proper maintenance and management for existed expressway will generate great economic and social benefits.Based on the actual demand on expressway maintenance,this article describes the main frame of road conservation management,with asphalt pavement maintenance as the starting point and full life-cycle cost analysis as basic theory.In accordance with road maintenance specifications,it confirmed expressway maintenance system.Combined with detected traffic data of provincial expressway in recent years and associated road project information,this article analysis the future status of expressway surface by means of Markov model.Using obtained state transition matrix,this paper established a conservation fund allocation model to discuss how to complete road maintenance with minimum costs,and developed the conservation order depending on urgency degree.Finally,taking a part of provincial expressway network as an example,it calculated the optimal maintenance scheme by the model constructed in this paper.The example proved that the expressway maintenance model based on full life circle cost is effectiveness.This paper not only provides scientific program for expressway asphalt pavement maintenance,but also provides scientific method for rational allocate limited maintenance resources and maximize the economic benefits.What’s more,it also gives references and experiences for road maintenance from the perspective of full life cycle. |
