Human heart rate signal is a very important signal in biomedical signal, in the recent years, the heart rate detection has rapidly developed into a research hotspots in both domestic and foreign. A variety of heart rate monitoring equipment continues to move towards the direction of the volume compacting, inexpensive, and continuous improvement of measurement system.In recent years, wearable heart rate monitoring devices market share continues to expand, The production of major businesses wearable heart rate monitoring devices emerging.But there exists error rate among different the wearable heart rate monitoring devices with different measurement principles,the large error might cause panic to customers,cause miscarriage of justice to medical practitioners,and misleading the direction of the manufacturing production for future manufacturers. Therefore, it is vital to analyze the performance of different wearable devices with different principle of heart rate monitoring.During the course of exercising, to value whether a person’s exercise is effective or not and whether it achieve the goal of fitness are the problems of people’s attention in daily exercising. In this thesis, we develop a set of motion scheme by using the scope of THR, analyze it’s effects on the parameters such as quiet heart rate and body composition, thus to verify the validity and practicability of the scheme and to provide people with better guidance of exercising.The main work of this thesis:(1) Introduce many parameters of heart rate in details, and describe the relationship between these parameters and health, thus explain the relationship between the physical exercising and the body health. Two popular wearable heart rate monitor equipments with different detection principle are introduced, then in order to compare the heart error rate of these two kinds of wearable heart rate monitor we design a scheme and test it through the simulation of rowing machine, treadmill, strength training and analyze the results. Compare the real-time individual exercising heart rate zone with the target heart rate(THR) which can be computed by formula, finally the results are expressed by MATLAB programs and graphs respectively for visual expression.(2) Construct an exercising scheme by taking the THR as the reference standard,using different range of THR corresponds to the relative intensity of exercising, then interfere the exercising scheme with different intensity for one month. Find 20 testees according to the principle of selection and grouping of experimental subjects, randomly divide them into test group and contrast group, then implement the exercising scheme on the test group while doing nothing to the contrast group for one month.(3) A comparative analysis method of the experimental data is established. By compare the test data which include testees’weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, quiet heart rate and BMI, et al., before and after the exercising scheme intervention, we verify that different exercising intensity corresponded to different THR range can achieve a preferable exercise results.The following conclusions can be obtained by analyzing the test data:For different sports equipment, after a brief time of human adaptation, the error between the heart rate and the heart rate meter is not obvious which can be neglected, In some particular circumstances, the photoelectric and electrode wearable devices can both be used for monitoring the heart rate. The exercising scheme designed by the THR range has been proven to have positive effective on the the testees which can improve health status and exercise efficiency.
