With the improvement of people's living standards and the ever-changing medical equipment,people choose the medical way gradually from the diagnosis to the prevention.Heart rate is one of the important indicators of human health,the current market heart rate detection system is mainly provided by large-scale medical treatment hospital,although the data processing speed,accuracy of the calculation on the obvious advantages,but the volume is not easy to portable.Based on this kind of situation,this paper designs the embedded heart rate detection system,realizes real-time measurement and acquisition of heart rate information,combined with Bluetooth 4.0 technology,will be collected to the effective data transmission to the PC or mobile terminal real-time monitoring of heart rate.In this paper,ARM-cortex m0 CPU as the core,design the system to run the smallest unit,acceleration detection circuit,heart rate acquisition circuit,power LDO sampling circuit;program design,to achieve the acceleration detection,heart rate acquisition,power supply LDO sampling drive,the client of Android and PC is designed.Algorithm,(ECG)ECG(Electrocardiogram)signal and PPG(photonthysmography)were processed separately,and the heart rate algorithm was applied to the embedded platform.In this paper,based on the wavelet transform,a method of singular point detection is proposed for the QRS complex wave detection problem in electrode type ECG signal.The R wave is determined by the zero crossing between the modulus maxima and the modulus minimum And the position of the starting point Q wave and the end point S wave are determined by the method of singular point detection.The experimental results show that the detection efficiency of the QRS complex wave is improved.For the PPG signal,the detection efficiency of the QRS complex wave is improved by using the variable threshold method.In this paper,adaptive filtering and segmented smoothing method,first through the acceleration detection circuit to determine the current state of motion.In the resting mode,the smoothing average filtering algorithm is used to improve the smoothness of the PPG signal,calculate the mean value of the heart rate signal in this interval,calculate the critical value of the intersection of the mean and the static heart rate waveform,and convert the number of the critical points.In the dynamic mode,the short-time Fourier transform and adaptive filtering algorithm are used to improve the anti-jamming of heart rate detection,and the heart rate value of the current mode is determined by the acceleration signal.The simulation results show that the heart rate is accurate.
