With the reform and opening up,the polity and economy of our country has a huge forward,ur country now is at the stage of runoff to build a well-off society in an all-round way,at the same time,economic development has improved people's living standards and solved the basic problem of food and clothing.So people began to pay more attention to improve the quality of life,at the same time,the level of concern about their own health condition is also raising.The development of science and technology has provided unprecedented opportunities for the development of intelligent hardware design,also put forward a huge challenge to the development of intelligence.The irregular heart rate is generally divided into bradyarrhythmia or tachycardia,serious impact on people's physical health,the lighter will appear dizziness,chest tightness,sweating,and more seriously can make people slipped into acoma,even life-threatening.Under the background of our country's “prematurely senile”,the problem of population aging is becoming more and more serious,thus the real time monitoring of the elderly 's condition and some basic physiological indicators,which will provide a powerful guarantee to the health of the elderly,in addition,real time monitoring of the elderly 's condition can not only reduce the risk of the elder people,but can lighten the pressure of children ' s pension.At present,every kind of medical instruments in the market a superb collection of beautiful things,many devices have also entered the homes of ordinary people.Most of the products of the detection of oxygen heart rate have the limitation of large power consumption and poor anti-interference ability.There are some equipment which make it possible to the wearable problem of inconvenient and reduces the state interference under sports.In this paper,we give a kind of development method based on the STM32 blood oxygen and heart rate detection,which adopts OSRAM company SFH7050 photoelectric sensor.This photoelectric sensor increase the green led,makes the blood oxygen andindependent monitoring of heart rate signal is possible.This paper expounds the development history and the current significant achievements of wearable device at home and abroad in the development of wearable devices,the theoretical basis,which is the basis of the heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring lambert-beer's law.The hardware circuit design is divided into several parts : the module of power supply,the module of signal acquisition,signal preprocessing module,USB serial converter module design.The software part of the whole system flow chart and software implementation,the full text is summarized and Prospects the future development trend.The error of the experimental results is within the allowable range.This design can be found in the early stages of disease,reduce the incidence of various diseases,so that people's life safety is guaranteed.In addition,portable equipment is also in line with the requirements of scientific and technological development,and has broad application prospects.
