Research On Hospital Building Environmental And Energy Efficiency Features

The hospital is a special type of building in public organization. Because of the particularity of hospital operation mode and service object, the hospital energy consumption is high, and the requirement of environmental quality is high.This paper is a case study of the 12 th Five Year Plan support project. Select the outpatient building of Affiliated Hospital of Qiingdao University as the research object, the main research content is optimized analysis of characteristics of outpatient building energy efficiency and environment problems. This article mainly uses the literature research, field research, data analysis and computer simulation methods, from a professional point of view of architecture to study outpatient building environment and energy efficiency. Field research as an important basis for this study, survey data acquisition process is particularly important, Investigation on the outpatient building, includes six steps——photos, interviews, collection of design drawings, acquisition of energy data in recent three years, measurement of indoor physical environment, questionnaire.Through the analysis of data research found that, energy consumption, electricity consumption accounted for the total cost of 77%, while the average energy consumption of electricity in summer than in other seasons is higher than 37.3%, mainly used in refrigeration and air conditioning; performance of indoor environment, indoor thermal environment and air quality is one of the most prominent problem; two factors resulting in low efficiency of building environment the energy of the outpatient building. Analysis from the angle of architecture space and the shape, the outpatient service building atrium space is the main factor affecting the building environment and energy efficiency. Analysis and comparison of the four kinds of optimization model is proposed, the atrium design from energy consumption, ventilation, lighting and other aspects of the problems that should be paid attention.Through this research, to improve the energy efficiency of the built environment concerns the relevance of green building of hospitals do not simply rely on technology and equipment, shall be part of planning and architectural design of attention.
