| With the successful opening of the eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,accelerating the construction of medical infrastructure gradually becomes the primarycoverage in the next stage of China’s health investment construction. Correspondingwith this, the domestic large hospitals also have started construction one by one. Due tolack of awareness of overall efficiency and short of the direction of scientific systematictheory, it leads to the actual low operating efficiency.“Difficulty of getting a medicaladvice†phenomenon has become a social focus problem. Outpatient building as one ofthe chief component of hospital, is the main space where patients get medical advice,with the result that its design quality will directly affect the patients’ treatmentefficiency and doctor’s diagnosis and treatment efficiency. Therefore, the research toaim at overall efficiency of large hospital Outpatient building and the request forrelevant efficiency design strategy seems more important and urgent.This thesis first further elaborates the concept of overall efficiency of large hospitaloutpatient building from the view of architectonic which based on the existing relevantresearch results, determining the large hospital outpatient building which have the scaleof500beds above as the research object. Through the investigation on the spot, fromthree levels which include overall plan, layout and traffic flow, this article analysis theinfluence factors which affect large hospital outpatient building overall efficiency, andsummaries12impact indicators including layout, scale, staging building, entrance shunt,feature configuration, function module interface combination, public space, departmentunit, horizontal traffic flow, vertical traffic flow, transportation hub and outpatientprocedures, in order to lay the foundation for the second survey questionnaires’ set andthe establishment of evaluation system of overall efficiency of hospital outpatientbuilding. Then, by the way of questionnaires collecting the important data for impactfactors from six different areas of society, according to the data obtained from thesurvey, using analytic construction of AHP model, by the calculate it establishescomprehensive efficiency evaluation system of hospital outpatient building andconcludes the index weights. And this thesis uses the evaluation system on a real project“people’s Hospital of Chongqing QiJiangâ€, and undertakes a comprehensive analysis ofthe efficiency evaluation of three different programs, to draw the best practice. Finally,from both overall planning and individual building two sides this thesis propose design strategies for overall efficiency of large hospital outpatient building, and improves thethree programs’ low evaluation of overall efficiency indicators in this4th chapter.In particular, this thesis sets up overall efficiency evaluation system of hospitaloutpatient building, combining outpatient building and overall efficiency together intheory, and completes the theory about efficiency of hospital evaluation, to provide thereference for outpatient building of hospital construction and architects in design-time,to enable them to balance the factors of rational choice and better grab contradiction, toimprove the overall efficiency of large hospital outpatient building; At the architecturaldesign level this thesis proposes “intensive control of the layout, scale control, anorderly phased construction, rational entrance shunt, functional grouping optimization,suitable department plane, public space with high efficiency, traffic flow combing†such8specific design strategies for overall efficiency, which can provide consultation whenarchitects design large hospital outpatient buildings, at the same time try to makeoutpatient building design different because of the overall efficiency’s consideration.Hospital overall efficiency is an important issue which relates to public health,social stability, especially in China such a large population country with the process ofrapid urbanization, It involves sociology, management science, medicine andarchitecture so many interdisciplinary fields, so it cannot be disputed in one single dayor by one’s own. Finally, I hope this thesis can become a little breakthrough in the fieldof architecture, and hospital construction becomes better harmony because of overallefficiency’s improvement. |
