| Environment-energy efficiency is a concept that emphasizes the balanced development of “energy-saving” and “health”.In the “Research and Application of Suitable Technology for Comprehensive Improvement of Environment-energy efficiency in Public Institutions”,it was first proposed. In view of the two key objectives of sustainable development in public institution buildings: energy conservation and environmental performance improvement,“efficiency” is introduced to evaluate it.In simple terms,it is the ratio of the services(Q)provided by the building(indoor environment quality)and the energy(L)consumed to achieve this quality. Therefore, the research based on environment-energy efficiency should be carried out from the two dimensions of “environmental quality” and “energy consumption”.The outpatient building of a hospital is a relatively special type of building in public institutions. In the past, the research on outpatient buildings was mostly based on functional space design and streamlined organization, but paid little attention to the environment quality inside the building. The indoor environment quality of the building can be divided into thermal environment, acoustic environment, light environment and air quality.Due to the special users of the outpatient building, the thermal comfort is particularly important. In order to obtain a comfortable thermal environment, manual adjustment is often adopted. However, this way brings in greater heating(air conditioning)energy consumption. The main purpose of this study is to explore the design strategy method for the comfort of the outpatient building’s thermal environment, which consumes less heating(air conditioning)energy consumption based on the concept of environment-energy efficiency. At the same time,it provides a reference for the study of the environment-energy efficiency’s single item evaluation of the outpatient building(thermal environment / heating(air conditioning)energy consumption)and upgrading technology. The study in this paper has been carried out in two dimensions: “thermal comfort” and“heating(air conditioning)energy consumption”.Firstly, through the study of the previous literature, the design requirements of the thermal environment of the outpatient building and the standard value of the heating(air conditioning)energy consumption are provided;secondly, through the investigation of the case hospital, the problem exciting in the thermal environment of the outpatient building is found. And then, combining with theoretical research and field research, and using computer simulation and comparative analysis to analyze the causes and influencing factors of the thermal environment. Finally, based on the perspective of architectural design, the optimal design strategy for the thermal environment of the outpatient building is proposed. The study in this paper has found that: on the one hand, due to the difference between the outpatient building’s users and its distribution area, the requirements of thermal environment design of the outpatient building are different among areas;on the other hand, the heating(air conditioning)energy consumption of the outpatient building is high and the potential to save energy is high.In addition, from the perspective of architectural design, the design of the thermal environment of the outpatient building is similar to that of other public buildings, but the ventilation and cooling of the atrium in the outpatient building is of greatsignificance to the improvement of the thermal environment and the environment-energy efficiency. In this paper, the study hopes to provide a reference for the study of environment-energy efficiency of outpatient buildings, and provides a new idea for the optimized design of thermal environment of the outpatient building, especially the thermal environment design of the atrium. |
