Identification And Control Of Key Factors Of Public Construction Project Refined Decoration Quality

With the economic development, the development speed of construction industryhas gradually increased. With the construction of infrastructure and the implementationof policies to stimulate domestic demand, it has been built a large number of influentialpublic constructions of refined decoration in countrywide. However, the quality ofrefined decoration of some public construction projects is poor and the quality issues arealso frequent. Therefore, The system, in-depth analysis and research on the refineddecoration quality of public construction project， and identify the key factors ofimpacting the quality of the refined decoration to controll is very necessary.This paper follows the idea of risk management theory, and analyse the factors ofthe refined decoration of public construction projects with the use of risk managementtheory.We assessed the factors with the methods of the Analytic Hierarchy Process, andt make the conclusion of the effects of the factors on the refined decoration quality.Meanwhile, we introduced the hierarchical management theory and divided all thefactors into key factors and general factors in order to rationalize the use of resourcesand target the quality management.After the dentification and the assessment of the factors and thedistinguishment of the key factors and the general factors, etc., we will researchthe key factors and develop the countermeasures. After the analysis of theresponsible departments of key factors controlling, the importance and theconstruction stage, we drew the controlling flow chart of quality factors of therefined decoration quality of public construction projects。It can show theprocesses of time point and the department of the various factors controllingintuitively.Meanwhile, according to the key factors we have developed thefactor responses. The control flow of the factors and countermeasures forapplications can greatly improve the quality of refined decoration of publicconstruction projects, and play the role of tips and guidance for the qualitymanagement of fine decoration.In order to verify the effectiveness of the identification,the assessment of thefactors and the control flow, response measures, we wil response the measures in the actual project. Through these processes and the application of measures，it can be someimpact on the quality of refined decoration and decreasing the aversion in advance toavoid a large number of recurring quality problems, and greatly improve the quality ofrenovation works fine. Through the application of engineering examples, you can alsoverify that this paper based on the theory of risk management on the refined decorationquality management of public construction projects as the goal of the research workcarried out is effective, and also have a certain reference and guiding role.
