With the continuous development of the construction engineering industry,modern engineering products gradually show the characteristics of large volume,large scale,multi-function and complexity.The traditional management mode has been unable to meet the needs of modern engineering management,and some new project management problems appear.Especially in the process of project quality management,there are many hidden acceptance procedures of construction engineering,and its physical quality is affected by the operation level of raw materials,machinery and personnel Environmental factors.Therefore,in the whole project management,we must pay attention to the quality management,use modern scientific and technological means and management ideas to determine the key factors affecting the construction quality,and take timely and effective countermeasures to control,so as to escort the improvement of the overall quality of the project,the realization of the overall goal of the project and the satisfaction of the owner's needs.The emergence of BIM and its derivative technology has made it possible to solve the extensive management problems in the traditional quality control and meet the requirements of modern construction engineering quality management under the new situation.As an emerging technical means in the construction engineering industry,its characteristics of visualization,plotting,simulated construction and coordination provide a new direction for project quality control and fine management,and change the traditional management concept of managers,It shows great advantages in the development of "intelligence,integration and coordination" of modern architectural engineering.However,at present,the research and application of BIM Technology in construction quality control is not systematic and comprehensive.It is necessary to make a comprehensive and systematic research on the control system of project construction quality based on BIM Technology in combination with the current development of construction engineering industry and the factors causing construction quality problems.The first part of this study takes the current development of construction engineering industry as the background,reviews the research status of BIM Technology Application and engineering quality control at home and abroad,grasps the future development trend of modern construction industry,and provides reference for the research of modern construction engineering quality control;The second part is to carry out comprehensive and systematic management of construction quality based on quality control theory,BIM Technology Theory,fine management theory and value engineering theory;In the third part,by analyzing the five influencing factors of man-machine,material and method in construction quality management,BIM Technology is integrated into the management of quality influencing factors to give full play to its own advantages,so as to provide reference for solving the problems that are difficult to control in the actual management of quality influencing factors;The fourth part establishes a quality management system based on BIM Technology from three aspects:organization system,ideological system and work system,and strengthens the systematic management of BIM Technology in construction quality control;In the fifth part,combined with the application of examples,through the creation of value engineering model and the quantitative analysis of the influencing factors of construction quality by using analytic hierarchy process,the key factors affecting construction quality-materials,methods and personnel are finally determined,and targeted quality control in advance,during and after the event is carried out,so as to realize the systematic application of BIM Technology in construction quality management and provide decision-making services for project fine management.
