Research On Science Park Planning Model Which Based On The Concept Of Standardization

The first science park was born in the1950s, it was called the Stanford research park,which was today’s silicon valley. To the1980s, a hot wave of science park construction wasraised in the world. Our country began the exploration of the construction of the sciencepark during this period，science park in our country has experienced a fast developmentduring the past30years, and created good economic and social benefits for our country.The development of science park has aroused the attention of the real estate enterprises. Atthe same time of using compound development mode，some companies made use of thestandardized concept to built into the design，which became the powerful weapon inimproving competitiveness. In this setting, the Cenval investment group plans to create andoperate successfully more than10science parks before2020. In order to ensure theefficient construction of the Science Park, and the healthy and orderly development, I willintroduce standardized concept into the Science Park Planning for establishing a standardprogramming model for Cenvel science Park of science and technology products, achievingthe purpose of completing the plan and design quickly, reducing the repetition labor fordesign personnel, and improving the efficiency of design.In this dissertation, firstly I combed and analyzed the basic situation of the produceand development of science park in our country. Secondly I discussed the problems forscience park in the planning and development and laid the foundations for thestandardization of Cenvel park planning. Thirdly at the same time, I analyzed the use ofstandardized achievements in planning, put forward the theoretical guidance for researching.Finally, through the study of science park planning and standardization, I summed up theirrules and methods, and laid the foundations for the development the standardized planningmodel for Cenvel park providing it with methods to abide by and rules to follow.On the basis of it, research considered the standardization of science park planning asa component of product standardization, and I summarized a series contents with it. And Ianalyze their site selection, land-use form, Overall layout, planning structure, buildingdesign, road traffic system, landscape system and provide their standardized model.According to the design Cenvel park product positioning, I developed it’s standardizedplanning model and content, and finally devised the Cenvel park planning which based on the concept of standardization.
