Research On The Improvement Of Railway Construction Project Management

With the rapid development of modern construction, the construction marketcompetition has become increasingly fierce. Facing the project following close onsuccession, traditional construction mode has been difficult to meet the needs of manyconstruction companies for competing with each other. The core task of theconstruction unit is to implement construction management efficiently, to reduce theconstruction cost exactly, and to create a healthy mode of production management.Due to the introduction of foreign advanced experience in project management, thegeneral contracting mode has been gone with popularity.The present market is not standardized, and the general contract is not yet mature.What’s more, general contract management is faced with quite a few problems. Forexample, the imperfect market, cost control, quality control, progress control, qualityand quantity of project personnel, law and policy. Therefore, extensive managementhas failed.In this thesis, according to the current situation of the railway constructiongeneral contracting project management, a detailed analysis of the external effects ofenterprise project management factors and internal management present situation hasbeen carried on. Also through the analysis of practical cases, some effectivemanagement measures have been put forward. This thesis focuses on the costmanagement in the whole process, from the angle of the tender stage, design stage,preparation stage, construction stage and completion stage, coupled with a detailedanalysis of how to make the cost forecast and cost control.
