| Green building is the mainstream of the construction industry in the future.With the further development of reform and opening-up and the rapid promotion of domestic economy,the increment of new buildings is also accelerating.The constant development and construction also correspond to the huge consumption of energy and materials.For a long time,the energy consumption of buildings and the problems associated with them have inspired architects to think about the existing architectural models.Other countries have gradually introduced green building assessment systems,such as the LEED[1]of the United States,the White Paper on Environment in the United Kingdom,the AHENA and GBC[2]of Japan’s CASBEE,Canada,etc.In 2006,the "Green Label" in the true sense of our country-Green Building Evaluation Standard(GB/T 50378-2006)was released.In order to standardize the evaluation of domestic green building and promote the further development of green building,the evaluation system is designed to adapt to the residential and public buildings.With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the requirements on buildings should not only be limited to meet people’s basic life,but also meet the needs of comfort,energy conservation,environmental protection and aesthetics.Since The 13th Five-year Plan,with China’s research and emphasis on green building,a series of evaluation and reflection on existing projects and projects under construction from the perspective of green building is also particularly important.This paper starts with the actual project-the location,design,construction and technology of"Jiangxi Jiujiang Prince Town Hotel".In view of the application of green building standards in the process of project design and construction and some problems arising in the construction of the whole project cycle,this paper gives feedback and reflection on the application of the existing green building evaluation system to the project,respectively,from the point of view of the layout of the building.In the aspects of plane,environment,energy consumption,water resources utilization and so on,the construction process and results of the project are reconsidered and evaluated in order to throw away the jade and play a reference role for other projects.First of all,starting from the concept of green building,this paper details the development of green building at home and abroad with the various countries’ green building assessment system and the advantages and disadvantages of simple,after the design content of green building,in 2014 China’s new green building codes,rules and regulations of the new green building three categories,six indicators,three star.In 2018,the revised specifications were supplemented and revised.Next,take China’s new and old green building design codes as examples,and conduct a simple comparative analysis of their differences,and systematically sort out the assessment content and procedures of green building.After that,the current popular ecological buildings,energy-saving buildings,passive buildings and sustainable buildings[4]are analyzed and compared,and the characteristics,application scope,development and connection of these buildings are explained in detail.Finally,taking the Jiangxi Jiujiang Prince Town Hotel as an example,the feasibility study of satisfying the green building is carried out according to the green construction evaluation standard,and the problems such as site utilization,energy utilization,water resources utilization and other aspects of the project are analyzed emphatically.Some suggestions on green building design are put forward.It is hoped that some references can be provided for the future research in this field. |
