Research On Energy-saving Kitchen Design Of Rural Residential In Heilongjiang Province

With the steady development of China’s economy, the high speed increasing of energyconsumption in our country, however the nature of environmental pollution damage state hasreached an unprecedented degree. A series of environmental problems are graduallyhighlighted by destroyed natural ecology. According to incomplete statistics from the relevantdepartments, the environmental pollution mainly comes from the factory, car exhaust,unreasonable using resource, etc. The damage to the environment directly affects our dailylife, also greatly restricts the development of our national economy.There is obvious distance in kitchen energy consumption and high pollution emissionswhich compared between China and developed countries. Especially the rural kitchen scienceand technology development is slow at the present stage of China, that causes pollutionintensified and the waste of energy. National kitchen design urgent need substantialadjustment and innovation. To make the kitchen design satisfied people’s fast and convenientlife, at the same time, reduces energy consumption and environmental pollution as far aspossible, thus meeting the fundamental requirements of human-oriented green living.This topic has carried on research of rural kitchen in Heilongjiang province. Combinedwith regional characteristics of rural residents in Heilongjiang province to visit investigation,through the study of traditional kitchen development direction, in line with concept ofhuman-oriented and green environmental protection living, researches on the design of ruralkitchen which need to match purposes of energy saving, environmental protection, sustainabledevelopment of it. Following the systematic theoretical system to start from aspects of thefunction, technology, environmental protection, humanities, and resource protection, etc. Toimprove rural kitchen design at current stage of outer wall of the kitchen, kitchen layout,resource saving and recycling in Heilongjiang Province. Thereby, extracted with new ideasand styles can meet the demand of rural energy saving kitchen design in Heilongjiangprovince.
