In recent years, Along with the rapid urban construction of the country,the city dwellershave the number of cars are increasing sharply.Followed by serious traffic congestion,thephenomenon of parking chaos is increasingly grim in around of residential areas and the sideof the road.The parking problem has been very prominent in major cities.In this case,a largenumber of parking are putting into use and can effectively solve the problem of disorganizedparking.But the current situation is that most large parking garage has been difficult topromote in China’s major cities, The main reason is too high input costs,low efficiency,highcost of garage parking, Coupled with the relevant departments arbitrary planning thetemporary parking spaces in the street for their own income.The automated garage whichstudied in this subiect has a small development difficulty, high degree of modularity, etc,and itis easier to promote the use in large cities.This article is mainly to design and theoretical analysis for drive systems,transmissionsystems and electronic conversion devices of automated garage,Include the followingaspects:First,it will be introduced in the status at home and abroad,the purpose andsignificance,and to complete the content of the automated garage.Second,the wholeframework of the automated garage are introduced,followed by the overall program which isthe drive and transmission is to be determine,finally,the program of electronic conversiondevices is to be determine.Third,it is to detailed design for drive and transmission systems ofautomated garage,it included suffered by the type of load and calculation methods,theselection and calculation of the motor,brakes and couplings,the design of the traction sheaveand counterweight.Fourth,the mechanical structure of the electronic conversion devices isdesigned for automation garage.It cluded primarily the logical relationship between the PCand the PLC,the working principle of electronic conversion device,the key of the cylindricalcam mechanism is which the various parameters selected and push away calculated,as well as3D modeling and assembly in Pro/E,and then add it into ADAMS and created a virtualprototype,simulation of kinematics.Fifth,the hardware circuit are designed for electronicconversion mechanism of automation garage.This part is mainly designed for each hardwarecircuit(including the minimum system circuit,a control circuit,drive,circuit,etc.).Then thecommunication module between electronic conversion mechanism and the PLC isdesigned.Finally,the circuit is to be simulated and the physical platforms are equipped forverification.Sixth,due to reliability design for automated garage,mainly for reliability analysisof cylindrical cam mechanism,including checking the contact force between the cam and theroller,the calculate of the dynamic equivalent load for roller.The thesis of the drive transmission design based on the research,Proposed a motor selectively provide power for more carrier vehicles module design method,Not only makesthe drive transmission structure layout is compact and space savings,but also greatly reducethe number of motor and reducing the cost.Meanwhile, a cylindrical cam mechanism can beused by driving engagement and disengagement of slip gear for the electronic conversionmechanism.The stepper motors can be controled to drive the rotation angle of the cylindricalcam mechanism by SCM,and to achieve precise control.
