As the parking problem in our country is increasingly serious,the stereo garage has become an important way to relief increasingly serious parking pressure.With the progress of parking equipment technology and the popularization of intelligent parking,people have made more strict requirements for parking mode and efficiency,and the development of new type intelligent stereo garage has become the hotspot in mechanical parking industry.Lifting device is the significant executive agency of stereo garage,and its safety and stability are the key problems and difficulty for influencing and restricting the development of stereo garage.For this problem,lifting devices for stereo garage at home and abroad are investigated and analyzed,and a set of safe,heavy load,and stable lifting device is designed in this paper,which has completed the processing and pre assembly of the lifting device to meet using demand of new type stereo garage.(1)Based on the idea of system design,this project starts from functional and motion requirements,the modular design means is taken,the structures of the lifting device is designed,and the overall design scheme of the lifting device is formulated.(2)Safety and reliability are taken as design starting point,the structure design of the lifting device is completed,and a four-point double chain hoisting mechanism is proposed.At the same time,a security and anti-fall mechanism is designed to solve the lifting device’s security and anti-fall problem,and virtual prototype of lifting device is established by using 3D software.With the help of computer’s numerical calculate technology,the situation of stress distribution and deformation of lift car,anti-fall mechanism,and other key mechanisms under the extreme condition are analyzed,and it has been shown by simulation results that the structure can meet using requirement.(3)On the basis of optimization theory and its application,mass minimization is taken as objective function,deformation and stress are taken as constraints,and lightweight design of longitudinal beam is completed.Optimal calculation is finished by using ANSYS Workbench software with sub-modeling method,and optimized structure of longitudinal beam under the extreme condition is gained.Shown as the results,the mass of longitudinal beam is decreased by 37.9%,and the stress distribution of lift car is more uniform after the optimization,and the lightweight goal is reached,then the reasonability and validity of optimized design is proved.(4)Based on the polygon effect of chain drives,the polygon movement process of lifting device is analyzed,mathematical models of chain-speed fluctuation and meshing point of contact stress are deducted,the changes of speed and contact force are analyzed in theory,the stability of the polygon movement process of lifting device is proved.The meshing process of chain is simulated by dynamic software ADAMS,the dynamic change of speed and contact force during polygon movement is gained,and the steady transmission of lifting device under the extreme condition is shown,and then the rationality of whole device’s design is proved.
