This paper introduces a work based on the advanced research project as thebackground.According to the project request,a mechanical and electrical componentrelated to research is selected as the research target.Based on the application ofMechanical design technology,PLC technology,Sensor technology,automatic controltechnology,the numerical control technology,and so on,a complete design ofmechatronic system is designed in this paper. The device integrating electrical,mechanical and control as a whole, including driving and the driven part, informationprocessing, testing part and power part and control part. There are three kinds ofexternal interface: mechanical Interface, signal interface, energy interface. throughthree interface can realize the upper machine to lower machine and the control of thepositioning device.The mechanical and electrical integration accurate positioningdevice and control system technology be applied not only to the micro assemblyarea,Micro machine information,but also be applied in the microelectronics industry,precision measurement, ultra precision machining, semiconductor lithography,biological cells and nano technology, etc.This paper concentrates mainly on three research areas: structure design, dynamicsanalysis, electronic control. through three aspects of system analysis: the simulationanalysis of ball screw pair contact Characteristics based on ADAM, According to theproject request,the system design has been proposed and the ball screw pair oftransmission system has been determined; study of several ways of PLC,thehuman-computer interface,control stepping motor, compares the advantages anddisadvantages of these control modes, study PLC and the human-computer interfacecontrol servo motor. Combining with theoretical results, it is concluded that control scheme, and applied in the actual design: the key parts of the structure design andassembly drawing; the choice of control parts of the equipment; the PLC input/outputpoint distribution; The man-machine interface configuration; The key part of the wiringdiagram and program flow chart of design and programming.This paper is a unified whole of mechanism design, dynamics analysis, andelectrical control.
