In order to solve the contradiction between the limited land resources and the huge parking space demand,the scientific and technical personnel constantly explore and adapt to the application of the three-dimensional parking garage,trying to alleviate the difficult problem of urban parking difficulties,and also the effective use of urban public space.Inevitable approach,how to quickly build a three-dimensional garage with a small footprint in the central area of the city,and reduce the disturbance time during construction is an engineering project that engineers have long studied.Based on the concept of space garage,this paper explores the design and construction process of the three-dimensional parking garage from two aspects of architecture and structure.Through the research and analysis of the site selection,vehicle size and parking space size of the three-dimensional garage,The structural requirements of the cylindrical underground parking garage are based on the construction process,such as minimizing the occupation of the construction site,shortening the construction time,reducing the disturbance of the people,and considering the design concept of the circular prefabricated underground garage structure.From the selection of circular underground garage building materials,building interior space requirements,cylindrical underground parking garage horizontal displacement limit,entrance and exit design with internal structural design,structural mechanics model establishment,fire,ventilation,lighting and other comprehensive analysis,combined with examples The design concept of prefabricated assembled underground cylindrical parking garage was analyzed.The results show that in the design of prefabricated underground parking garage,it should be based on the optimization of building plan,prefabricated block structure,convenient transportation of components,convenient assembly on site,ensure the safety of the construction of the caisson structure,shorten the construction period as much as possible,and It may be small to occupy the site,minimize the construction disturbance time,and pay attention to fire protection,smoke exhaust ventilation,electrical security,lighting and other factors,in order to facilitate the prefabrication of the assembled underground garage to the direction of industrialization standardization.Through the discussion of the key technical problems in the construction process of the prefabricated underground garage in the cultural center,the stress monitoring system of the sinking structure sinking process is established.The monitoring system collects and analyzes the displacement and stress conditions of key parts during the construction process of the caisson.The construction of the prefabricated caisson structure was successfully controlled,and the indicators reached the expected results.The theoretical analysis guided the on-site construction,and the theoretical and measured data were mutually checked,which provided technical support for the safe construction of the prefabricated caisson structure.Although the construction process was disturbed by various uncertain factors,the monitoring data showed slight fluctuations,but the whole process of the sinking structure construction was in a safe state.The stress value of the well structure in the sinking process is small,and the stress level is within the allowable range of the specification.The monitoring results show that there is no change in the settlement of the surrounding ground and surrounding buildings during the construction process,and the settlement of the surrounding buildings is zero,indicating that the engineering design and construction process is scientific and reasonable.The monitoring results show that the water level in the observation well changes smoothly,there is no significant decline in the pumping of the precipitation well,and no groundwater is poured out during the excavation operation in the well,indicating that the water curtain is effective,thus ensuring the safety of the construction personnel in the well.The research methods and conclusions obtained in this paper can improve the design and construction of prefabricated underground circular garages,and can also play an active role in the development of prefabricated underground garages towards industrialization and standardization.
