| As a worldwide problem and an important factor in human non-normal casualties, trafficsafety gains much international attention. China’s annual toll of traffic accidents are about100,000which rank first in the world. Road traffic safety situation is very serious anddeteriorating. And it is caused by a number of factors, the main factor—traffic participants,especially the driver, play an important role in a traffic accident prevention. The driver, a safedriving activity information processer, policymakers, regulators and controllers, is animportant group in safe driving. Thus, the analysis of the causes of traffic accidents and itsmanagement that based on the driver’s safe driving behavior will helps to control and preventthe accident and bring down its frequency and damage as well. Finally the safety of people’slives will be ensured.Firstly, by querying documents and related information, this paper studies and analysisthe traffic safety management status in China. Secondly, by analyzing relevant data andinformation, the space-time distribution features of Yangling District traffic accident isconcluded, and through quantitative data and the model analysis of the driver—the decisivefactor is made from the age, education, psychological quality and fatigue,and the reasonanalysis is made too. Thirdly, the layered research on factors affecting the traffic safetysystem is done through AHP and the weight of the factors is reached in which the driverfactors accounted for the largest.Above all, man is the leading factor and play decision role in the traffic accident. Thus,to take measures by avoiding the driver cognitive errors, improving the driver’s perceptioncharacteristics, increasing the driver professional quality and strengthening the traffic safetyeducation will reduce human error and guarantee the traffic safety. This paper has referencesignificance to carry out the driver training and road traffic safety management work andimprove the driver’s accident prevention ability. Besides, this paper provides theoreticalsupport for improving traffic safety status of Yangling and preventing from road trafficaccident effectively. And it has important practical significance for both improving the trafficsafety management level and creating a new harmonious traffic situation as well. |
