| In the1980s, Suzhou township industrial boom, which speed up the development ofsmall towns. But "leaving the land without leaving the home, entering the factoriesbut not cities" makes the development of township enterprises present a "village ignition,family smoking" scattered distribution pattern. In order to change the extensive modeof growth, Suzhou began a large-scale construction of township industrial zone, whichaccelerating the urbanization process, however, caused a new round of dispersion.With the merger of villages and towns, industrial zone has been merged restructuring,bringing the initial integration. After the outbreak of the financial crisis, under the impetusof the urban-rural integration in Suzhou, Suzhou rural industrial area gradually starting anew round of organic centralization, and making a lot of positive exploration in practiceand the beneficial attempt, which has obtained the certain result, the successful experiencein spatial concentration, management innovation, industrial upgrading and other aspectsdeserve comprehensive summary and promotion.At present, Suzhou urban-rural integration promoted to national pilot, its developmentis in a comprehensive breakthrough and improvement period of strategic opportunities，which will put forward new requirements to the township industrial zone’s agglomeration.In this paper, set out from the theory of industrial agglomeration at home and abroad,based on the analysis of the development of the township industrial park in Suzhou, fromtwo levels to carry out a systematic study of the agglomeration of Suzhou townshipindustrial zones and re-gathering process: firstly, through a large number of fresh case,systematically summed up the spatial agglomeration, industrial upgrading, and otheraspects of management innovation experience of the township industrial zones in Suzhousince the integration of urban and rural reform undertaken, so as to provide experience andreference for the optimization of rural industrial layout；secondly, it is based on furtherreform of the urban-rural integration and the prediction of the trend of the related socialand economic development, then from space, industry, management and so on, put forwardsome suggestions to further enhance the level of Suzhou township industrial zone’sagglomeration. |
