Analysis And Evaluation Research Of Construction Risk In Transformaiton Facilities Project

In recent years, with the fast economic development of our country, more and morepower grid construction has been constructed. As basic equipment, the safety oftransmission has attracted many researchers’ attention. Because of its uniquecharacteristics, many new problems in the process of the transmission and distributionproject has added to new uncertaintied and caused security incidents. To analyze risk ofthe construction can understand all kinds of potential risk factor which caused in theconstruction process and been taken the appropriate measures, and then guaranteetransmissions construction.This paper mainly focus on the construction risk of the transmission and distributionproject. First, review and summarize the construction risk related theory at home andabroad and collect the construction risk of the transmission and distribution projectrelated material. Second, connecting with the practical situation of the transmission anddistribution project, analyze the reasons of risks on five aspects: raw materials equipment,the safety of operating workers, construction technology, construction contracts andconstruction environment. Then, construct the the construction risk evaluation indexsystem of the transmission and distribution project from the above five aspects accordingto the principle of evaluation index system on risk. Finally, we make a reasonableevaluation of comprehensive construction risk evaluation of the transmission anddistribution project by using trapezoidal fuzzy number.
