Due to lack of designing experience early at home, cooling area of three-rowstubes designed is relatively small, with nearly six years of continuous operation andscaling of the cooling fin tubes and other factors, economical efficiency of the unitis becoming bad. To improve the economic efficiency of the unit, feasibility study ismade for this unit, adding a set of water-cooling top condenser is workable aftercomprehensive contrast research, turbines efficiency would be improved, as well aseconomical efficiency of the plant. Practices prove that adding transformation of thedirectly air-cooled unit would obtain huge economic efficiency for the enterprise.This paper first introduces the existing air cooling unit in a power plant in theactual problem, the urgent need to address the problem, put forward the basicmethods to solve the problem: empty Leng Zengrong. According to the basicscheme and the actual situation at the scene, the paper finally puts forward3sets offeasible scheme of air cooling capacity: open cycle peak system, closed cyclesystem scheme, peak evaporative cooler peak system. The three schemes have theirown advantages and disadvantages, this paper focuses on the three proposals fromtwo aspects of the technical and economic comparison and analysis were made, inorder to find the most economical and adapt to the requirements of the program.Through analysis and comparison, the final choice of evaporative cooler peak as thefinal scheme system air cooling capacity.This paper analyzes the operation after the project implementation, and to findthe causes of difference between actual operation condition and design condition.Hope to provide an idea of the power industry on large projects, this problemcan be a reference to substantive right after the transformation from.
