Along with the small home appliances technology constantly enter into the daily life of ordinary family, electric pressure cooker products have started to step into every aspect of life. Along with the electric pressure cooker technology develops rapidly, water cooling depressurization technology begins to be used widely in electric pressure cooker products. Electric pressure cooker can control depressurization via intelligent water cooling depressurization technology, which makes electric pressure cooker more convenient and easier to be used. Water cooling depressurization technology will certainly become a new technology trend in pressure cooker industry due to its safe, convenient, efficient, fast and intelligent features.As the domestic well-known small home appliances developer and manufacturer, the company proposed an electric pressure cooker R & D program with the use of new water cooling depressurization system. This subject will study new water cooling depressurization technology used in electric pressure cooker and figure out the solution of this system which applies to Chinese market. The purpose of this study is to achieve a pressure control platform which is efficient, fully functional and owns quick water cooling depressurization function, in order to resolve the problems existing in family use, such as slow reduction of pressure, big noise, long waiting, low safety, easy overflow of gruel, inconvenient for use. Traditional electric pressure cooker, which releases gas directly to reduce pressure generally, is inconvenient to operate and not safe enough. New water cooling depressurization system is able to make the pressure products characteristics of reducing pressure automatically and securely and quickly without changing the regular function of electric pressure cooker in using process. This research provided technology storage for future development of the company, in order to meet the demands of future market. At the end, the thesis summarized the methods of water cooling depressurization of electric pressure cooker. It proposed a design philosophy of the electric pressure cooker platform based on water cooling depressurization technology and took a comprehensive and forward-looking research, which has accumulated experience and provided new ideas and method for the development of the industry.
