North United Power Co.,Ltd.Dahlat power plant equipped with four sets of eight steam turbine.1 ~ 6 steam turbine for the conventional wet steam turbine,a total of six wet and cold natural ventilation cooling tower,each natural ventilation cooling tower water area of 4500m2.Due to grid scheduling and maintenance plan arrangements,every year between April and October,the factory unit 7,8 units in the summer operation,due to back pressure is too high(often more than 30 k Pa),the operation of the unit economy is greatly affected,even Limiting the load capacity of the unit.To improve the economy of the 7th and 8th units in summer and solve the problem of limited load capacity,this paper focuses on the reconstruction of the spike cooling system of the 2 × 600 MW air-cooling unit of the Dalat power plant in the North Union Electric Power Co.,Ltd.According to the design data of Unit 7 and 8,the operation statistics,the current equipment status and relevant standards,six retrofit schemes were put forward.In scheme,idle cooling towers or new cooling towers among the No.1to No.6 units in summer is used to construct two sets of peak cooling system for Unit 7 and 8.In this paper,the operation condition and cooling water condition of the 2 × 600 MW air-cooling units of the fourth stage in Dalat Power Plant of North Union Electric Power Co.,Ltd.are analyzed.Then,the technical conditions of the cooling system design are analyzed,the basic idea of the retrofit scheme is put forward,and the relevant equipment of the retrofit scheme is designed and selected.Finally,the influence of the retrofit on the safety and economy of the unit is analyzed to guide the future spike cooling system reform work.
