Research Planning And Surveys Of City Open Parks In Harbin

With the continuous improvement of our country urbanization level, people’s material life has become increasingly rich and colorful, people constantly improve the degree of leisure, urban residents are increasingly concerned about their own healthy environment. As urban infrastructure, city parks are ideal places where people can be far away from the noisy and relieve pressure. The construction of city parks also will reflect certain extent on the level of urban development. In recent years, a lot of city parks in Beijing, Shanghai and other big cities are free and open to the public, which has caused great attention in the society. At the same time, the question of whether the city park will be open for free is more and more for the people mentioned.As the capital of Heilongjiang province, Harbin is in the north of northeast China political, economic, cultural and transportation center, is also one of the top ten cities in China. Because of the ZhongDong railway construction, Harbin widely absorbs the architectural culture of Russia, Japan and the park green space design and architectural style to a certain extent. With the development of the city constantly, multiple charge parks gradually rebuild into open parks free of charge in Harbin. At the same time, the new open parks also are constantly increasing. In recent years, Harbin is trying to become a civilized city, which is conducive to the construction of open parks.The quantity of parks bring benefits for citizens, but also gradually exposed some problems, which impact on the development of city parks.This paper is intended to through field investigation and analysis research for the existing city open park in Harbin, using the Post Occupancy Evaluation, to analysis of open park in Harbin as a whole and typical usage of park, and summarize some problems about Harbin open parks in old city at present and the reasons of these problems. Through the above research, this paper tries to explore a new way and find a more suitable method for new and modified open parks planning and construction in Harbin, which contribute strength to improve urban life.
