Research On The Planning Strategy Of New Industrial Cities Surrounding Megapololis Based On The Concept Of City-Industry Integration

New industrial city,as an important model of the sample-industrial development support cities,cities improve the boost industry-under the new type urbanization,has been widespread concerned.Under the realistic background of clear differentiation in the industrial structure and unsustainable land urbanization,the development of new industrial cities has encountered bottlenecks: vague supporting industry,chaotic urban land,lacking living space,and deteriorates urban environment.These problems become more prominent.Under such circumstances,the new industrial cities surrounding megapololis have received favorable planning transformation opportunities because they have been exposed to the economic growth,industrial transfer,and the level of science and education.Based on relevant theoretical foundations and domestic and international research trends and construction experiences,it can be found that successful construction of new cities around megapololis has common characteristics: good industrial structure,urban layout,public service configuration.Through the goal-oriented analysis of the concept of integration of cities and towns,we have found that the industrial structure is optimized and upgraded,the integration of urban functions is integrated,the public service settings are improved,the ecological environment is in good condition,and the features of the urban features are obvious.These needs of the new towns surrounding the megapololis are in line with the demand for planning transformation.In view of the incoordination of industrial and industrial towns in new industrial city,through the article deeply analyzes the interactions between the characteristics of the new towns surrounding megapololis,the concept of integration of the cities and industry,and the interaction between the concepts of production and integration of cities and cities and the spatial layout.The feasibility of the planning of new towns surrounding megapololis has led to the following master planning strategies: The industrial spatial planning strategy requires the integration of new towns and megacities around the megacities to develop and optimize the layout of production functions;planning strategies at the urban space level need to improve the regional transportation system,rationally arrange the cluster structure,and moderate mix of urban functions;public service level planning The strategy calls for improving the quality of life and respecting the geographical environment.Through the above three levels of planning strategies,the objectives of the integration of the “industry,ruban and citizen” are matched with the planning principles of the new city surrounding the city of megacity based on the concept of city integration,and validated by assessment of integration degree.Finally,based on the analysis and research,the planning strategy for the Langfang Guangyang new industrial city was proposed to provide case support for the planning strategy for the new industrial city surrounding the megapololis and provide experience for the similar industrial new industrial city construction.
