Study On Mutual-help Community Endowment Facilities Planning And Design In View Of Information Technology

The thesis starts with the development status of the main pattern of pension inChina, and discusses the community-based housing support which is closely relatedto the aged.First, based on the analysis of the developmentand status of Chinese communityendowment, the thesis clears the defects in the function and layout of our communityendowment facilities. Second, combined with the application of informationtechnology and Mutual-help community endowment service mode in communityendowment, the thesis builds a network of Mutual-help community endowmentfacilities in view of Information Technology. This thesis is trying to solve problemsexisting in community endowment facilities and discusses a new possibility ofcommunity pension mode by building the network which is constructed byintegrating the current advantages of information technology disciplines, economicmanagement disciplines and social sciences disciplines.On the one hand, by building a network of Mutual-help community endowmentfacilities in view of Information Technology, we can provide high quality hardwareand community endowment services for the aged; On the other hand, the thesisexplores effective ways to achieve planning and architectural design of Mutual-helpcommunity endowment facilities, based on the study of planning and architecturaldesign of Mutual-help community endowment facilities.The thesis consists of six chapters in this paper. The first chapter, to explore thebackground and current situation of research, research purpose and significance,research content and method, carries on the analysis to the related concept, andproposes the research framework；The second chapter, analysis of the status quo andthe problems of our community endowment；The third chapter, the endowmentfacilities of information technology network construction based on mutual aidcommunity, and put forward the concept, structure and system composition, networkstructure；The fourth chapter discusses mutual support facilities, community function configuration, layout and index construction；The fifth chapter, discuss mutual carefacilities for community building design。...
