Along with the market competition intensifying, the development of the enterprise cannot do without its change of management processes, systems, as the third party construction unit which serves for streetlight project construction, streetlight enterprises need to adjust their business constantly in changing environment to adapt faster, more convenient market environment providing street lighting services. It is a question that every streetlight enterprise must consider, how to complete the construction of streetlight project better, with controlling the progress, quality, costs in construction, building street lamp project and putting into operation in accordance with the requirements of the owner as early as possible while maximizing the benefit of construction enterprise, making it play favorable social benefits. Only then can enterprises speed up development and expand business, can enterprises response to the sharp change in competitive environment, can enterprises adapt to increasing customer requirements. Business process reorganizing, optimization and management is an important shortcut of management reform of enterprises currently, therefore the shortcut that street lamp enterprises changes management methods is also to optimize business processes.Starting from the status of Jinhua Bada streetlights limited liability company, the paper studies the process optimization of streetlight project in enterprises. First, the paper introduces the theory of project management and business process optimization and the environment of Jinhua city that Jinhua Bada is in, analyzes management processes and points out the problems of streetlight project before optimizing in Jinhua Bada, analyzes existing processes of streetlight project in Jinhua Bada, then optimizes management processes of streetlight in accordance with related principles, selects the appropriate management information system, analyzes the effects after the process optimization.Next, the paper studies effect evaluation of street light project process optimization, establishes the evaluation index system from three aspects, the adaptability of process optimization to enterprises managing goal, organizational strategies and operation environment, and decides index weights by using AHP which is widely used and can combine subjective and objective analysis well,evaluates the effect of Jinhua Bada streetlight project management process optimization, by using expert marking method. Finally,based on the process optimization’s actual experience of streetlight project in enterprises, the paper makes relevant recommendations.
