| With the increase of funds of infrastructure investment in our country,the adjustment of the industrial structure in China is gradually improved.At the same time,in order to make sure the development of national economy,it is important to speed up the construction of power grid.110 k V transmission and transformation project in Daqi Wangaizhao aims to meet load growth and improve grid structure,improve reliability,reduce the network losses ae well as improve the economic efficiency.The main contents of this article are as following:Firstly,the paper introduces the background and significance of 110 kV transmission and transformation project in Daqi Wangaizhao,as well as the main research methods and the research status of the evaluation.Secondly,the paper introduces some evaluation theories of the transmission and transformation project,for example,the meaning and basic requirements of evaluation,the main contents of evaluation such as analysis of market conditions,economic evaluation,determination of the production scale,and the analysis of plant conditions,production conditions and technical conditions and so on,basic principles,and the features of evaluation.Thirdly,the paper constructed evaluation of the transmission and transformation project index system,such as outline of the 110 kV transmission and transformation project in Daqi Wangaizhao,the principle of index system of the evaluation of the transmission and transformation project,the technical evaluation index system,the construction of the economic evaluation system,and the social evaluation index system,as well as the total evaluation index system.Fourth,this paper constructs evaluation the model of transmission and transformation project,such as brief introduction and steps of AHP,the basic contents and the steps of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Fifth,this paper evaluates 110 kV transmission and transformation project in Daqi Wangaizhao,such as the evaluation index system of technical,economic as well as social.Then power transmission and transformation project level 1 index weight was determined,followed by index 2 and level 3.Then,this paper determined the membership degrees of each index including evaluation levels.Finally,this paper determined the index membership degrees of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the power transmission and transformation project,including the application of analytic hierarchy based on fuzzy hierarchy analytic comprehensive evaluation method to analyze Daqi Wangaizhao power transmission and transformation project level 3,level 2,as well as the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for the power transmission and transformation project. |
