In recent years, in the high-rise building, due to the building function becomes more and more complex, the number of multifunctional integrated building continues to increase. In order to meet the functional requirements of use, several layers of the building is often arranged of large space, resulting in the vertical lateral stiffness of the structure have great changes, therefore need to set the level conversion layer structure. In practical engineering, because the conversion layer in various forms, usually according to the processing experience, however, different forms of transformations for seismic response and seismic performance of the overall structure has a greater impact, even if the conversion of the same type layer due to various forms of arrangement will also appear different results, therefore, the conversion of reasonable force layer is a necessary problem for the structure design of high-rise building, in order to obtain the best conversion layer structure.Combined with a high-rise building structure engineering with belt truss conversion layer, lists five different form of truss transfer floor structure, using the SAP2000finite element software, establish the three-dimensional finite element analysis model of the original structure, analysis of dynamic characteristics and seismic performance of the difference in performance, The performance difference of different forms of period and mode, displacement, interstory drift, inter story displacement and story shear of steel truss transfer story structure has analysed and compared. And then respectively arranged on different positions of architecture with truss form of favorable getting on for the seismic, and compare the performance of these period and mode of vibration, displacement, interstory drift, inter story displacement and story shear of transition. Last, the optimum layout of conversion layer. The research of this paper, has certain practical significance for the actual project in determining the basic form of the conversion layer, for further to determine the layout of the form of the selection of the best conversion layer layout.
