In recent years, high-rise buildings have a flourishing development in China.Because thesignificant functional requirements of bottom large space, transfer story structure iswidespread used in buildings.The steel reinforced concrete composition structure with truss transfer story has a clearstress and smaller dead load and resist lateral stiffness.It has a larger available space which isin favour of daylighting and arranging equipment.So, this structure type has a vast applicationprospect. However,for the complexity of the structure and construction,there are few actualstructures and research.Therefore,This article do some research of steel reinforced concretecomposition structure.This paper introduce the general seismic theories and design methods of buildingstructures and its development history firstly.Then making use of the finite element analysissoftware SAP2000,the paper establish three calculation models of steel reinforced concretecomposition structure with truss transfer story in dissimilar height and make a research ofdynamic characteristics and response spectrum and Pushover analysis of the models. Thedifferences of the cycle and vibration mode,layer drift,inter-layer drift, inter-layer driftangle,layer shear and other aspects of the performance of the structure are compared,so thatthe research about the influence of the dissimilar height of the steel reinforced concretecomposition structure with truss transfer story to dynamic characteristics and seismicperformance can be put into effect.
