Blending stacker in ports, mines and other places of raw material storage andtransportation is widely used. Blending stacker is sheet small batch production oflarge bulk material conveying equipment, in most case, it is for a specific project andthe design and manufacture, in equipment design and manufacturing to needs fordifferent user actual demand for the corresponding change. Timely according tocustomer requirements to design the corresponding products, to keep advantage in theincreasingly fierce market competition, In order to adapt to the demand of the marketand the challenge of a series of product design is very necessary.This paper takes the boom of blending stacker institutions as the research object.Parametric dimension driven design model is established and the analysis model, so asto realize the intelligent product design; Based on the study of the related literature athome and abroad were reviewed, in single objective optimization method ofuncertainty for some research, Strive for in the fast and effective algorithm itself andits application in design of blending stacker boom, has carried out some exploration.The main contexts as following:1) Based on the3D design platform of INVENTOR,using the top-downdesign method of blending stacker boom mechanism CAD parametric design. In thischapter, it includes the modeling of designing frame, the driven and check of the3Dmathematical model, the technology of production drawings, driving the size changingof the frame model with modifying data in the database.2) On the basis of parameterized design, meeting the design requirements ofstrength,rigidity and lightweight design theory, Based on ANSYS platform boom ofblending mechanism parameterized CAE analysis, In this chapter, the main researchincludes CAE parametric model of building boom, boom structure static analysis, thesensitivity analysis of boom structure design parameters.3) Based on the probability interval method, this paper puts forward a kind ofblending stacker boom weight optimization design method of uncertainty. Someparameters in considering the boom system is affected by factors such as manufacture,measurement, there are inevitably some uncertainty, On the basis of the interval isused to describe the uncertainty, established the uncertainty of blending stacker boomweight optimization model, And applied to nonlinear interval optimization methodbased on sequential linear programming to solve. 4) Based on VB (Visual Basic), developed blending stacker boom parametricdesign system, Realize the human-computer interaction interface input, theparameterized design and parametric analysis of the optimization module are highlyintegrated, realize the encapsulation.Boom parameterized design and the implementation of the development of thedesign system can make the designers is very convenient to realize to localmodification of boom and the redesign process, improve the design efficiency andquality of boom;Based on the uncertainty of interval optimization method not onlymake the arm frame structure design more reasonable, and can be more accurate, moreefficiently solve the problem of boom lightweight.
