Along with impetuosity competition in international trade, , transport model of freingtagehas prodigiouss changes, competition and the results of scale workinging the technology ofreach stacker has the development and improvement at very fast speed.In this paper at based establishment of reach stacker simulation models, used the theory ofkinematic analysis and finite element analysis have anylyzed the straighting boom and bendingboom of reach stacker, also optimizing the structure of the bending boom directly, getconclusions are following:By the kinematic analysis and finite element analysis for straighting boom, the analysisshows that straighting boom is a simple structure, small cross-section, mass light. Inperformance, the straighting boom can't work with spaning container, but only can work in thenormal methods, so it is inefficiency.By the kinematic analysis for bending boom, shows that the bengding boom can not onlywork with the normal operations, but also can work with spaning container and transport thecontainer from ship directly in a high efficiency. So it has a great development and application.By the finite element analysis for bending boom, shows that in the same amplitude andlifting weight, it has a longer cantilever, so it increases the bearing weight of structure, hasbigger cross-section, more heavy dead load. Studies show that the boom in the followingsections of boom have great stress: the slide block in the front of basic boom, the cross-sectionof the increasing sharply between the basic boom and the expansion boom, between the upperand lower wing panel.Optimizes the bending boom directly. Through adding thickness panels to greater stressregional, reducing the thickness of plate for smaller stress regional, and lengthening thestrengthening plate at the changed sharply cross section, makes the stress of boom and deadweight, reaches the require of the design. This thesis compares the cloud picture of stress, strainand displacement, shows that the optimization of bending boom is good. This thesis appliesfinite element analysis to the bending boom, obtains some good conclusion for the design anddevelopment.As the development of China economic and international trade, it has large economic andsocial benefit to develop derrick stacker of our own property right. |
