Bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer is a kind of large continuous bulk material handling equipment, which widely used in yard, mines and other places of bulk material storage and transportation. It is necessary to apply parametric optimization design for the market demand and elaborating design. The main study object of this paper is to build the dimension driven designing model and Multi-objective optimization model for the intelligent design of the key components of the bucket, to further improve the design efficiency and the accuracy of complex steel structures. In this paper, progress has been made on the research about Parameterized analysis and design of key components of the bucket, based on the introduction of related literatures at home and abroad.The main work of this paper:1. Parameterized design technology:According to the top-down design method, a parameterized design method was proposed for the wheel of the bucket wheel mechanism based on the 3D design platform of INVENTOR. In this chapter, it includes the modeling of designing frame, the driven and check of the 3D mathematical model, the technology of production drawings, driving the size changing of the frame model with modifying data in the database and production design specifications of the cooperative enterprise.2. Parameterized analysis technology:the main research includes static and modal analysis based on designing parameters database,which determines the product design parameter and provides computational support for subsequent optimization analysis at the same time.3. Multi-objective optimization calculation:Considering the characteristics of the structure of key components of the bucket design and mechanical properties of the design requirements based on light design theories multi-objective optimization technology is carried out based on ANSYS platform, which could determines the difficult parameters in the steel structure design and parameters without the calculation criteria. This paper improves multi-objective optimization based on parametric design and has realized the fast solving of complex engineering problems.4. he packaging technology of the system platform.-Based on VB (Visualiv Basic), the parameterized design and analysis is highly integrated in the platform to achieve GUI function.The parameterized design and analysis technology of this topic would find its optimal place with applications in aspects of non-standard products constrained by the r&d cost and long design cycle. The research achievements with wide engineering background would greatly reduce the product development cycle of the engineering design, and ensure the object of lightweight and reliability of the product design through advanced theory. |
