| The construction of a modern logistics system is an important content of "Made in China 2025" and an important trend in the development of logistics equipment and technology.As the core equipment of the automated storage and retrieval system,the stacker’s design,research and innovative changes directly affect the technological improvement of the logistics industry,the production efficiency and economic benefits of the enterprise.In order to further improve the design level of the stacker,this paper combines parametric design with safety analysis,and uses Solid Works and ANSYS Workbench as platforms to build a Parametric Design System of Small Rail Roadway Stacker.The system not only saves design time and cost significantly,but also ensures equipment safety,which not only meets the customer’s personalized needs,but also improves production efficiency.It is of great significance to enhance the company’s core competitiveness,expand product market share,and improve enterprise efficiency.The main work of the thesis is as follows:Taking the maximum lifting height,maximum lifting quality,horizontal walking speed and fork stroke as the main parameters of the small rail roadway stacker,the main parameter series of the small rail roadway stacker is designed according to the basic series of the priority number system spectrum.According to the usage of the stacker to optimize the above-mentioned type spectrum,and according to its load conditions,the optimized stacker is divided into three types: light load type,medium load type and heavy load type.According to the modular design idea,combined with the manufacture,assembly and other technical requirements of small rail roadway stackers,it is divided into walking mechanism module,column mechanism module,lifting mechanism module,fork mechanism module,upper beam mechanism module and control system module according to the function of the stacker.According to the main working principle and load-bearing situation of the above-mentioned modules,the main parts and components were designed using Solid Works software and a parametric model of small rail roadway stacker was established.This paper analyzed the working condition and stress condition of the basic small rail roadway stacker,and then analyzed the main factors to judge the safety of the stacker.Next,the ANSYS Workbench software was used to perform finite element simulation analysis of the basic small rail roadway stacker in three working states : static,acceleration and deceleration.The analysis results of the main factors affecting the safety of the stacker were obtained: the maximum stress nephogram,the maximum total deformation nephogram,the minimum safety factor nephogram,the minimum fatigue life and the minimum fatigue safety factor.The secondary development technology of Solid Works and ANSYS Workbench software is studied.The Parametric Design System of Small Rail Roadway Stacker was developed by using C#.The functions of three-dimensional model design,engineering drawing generation and finite element safety analysis of the stacker were integrated into the software system.After visual parameter setting and command operation,the program background automatically calls the software for design and safety analysis,and finally displays the design and analysis results in the interface to generate corresponding reports. |
