| The Stacker is one type of unloading equipment,which have different characteristics about large scale,high efficiency and mechanization.Mainly used in coal,ore,concentrate,grain and other bulk and granular materials heap unloading.The application of stacker greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers.And greatly improved labor productivity.There are two stackers in Qinhuangdao coalstage three.Used to the end of year 2014,a total of 25 years.This machine have many problems,just like abnormal sound vibration during walking,walking support deformation,pin support plate deformation,damage to the pin hole of the wheel bogie,slew bearingsinking and other important issues.So,the company decided to change the two stackers.The overall structure of the Stacker is complex,although domestic manufacturing technology is more mature,but some parts and components still need to be perfected and optimized,to make the whole structure more compact,the arrangement and force of each organization are more reasonable,to reduce manufacturing costs,improve enterprise profits.This topic found the problems existing in the use of the stacker for many years,mainly include : production passing ability is small;the supporting design of tripper car is weak;the LTD system is seriously worn;slewing bearings are conservatively chosen;key design parameters such as coefficient of motion resistance,material density were selected smaller and so on.Through the analysis of the above problems,Finally,the most compact structure of the monolithic balanced single tail cantilever stacker is optimized,and through a series of reform and optimization schemes,improving the passing capacity of the model and the strength and safety factor of each action mechanism.Including,check the ability of boom belt conveyor and check the passing capacity of the bunke,Ensure the equipment ’s capacity is over 6000 t/h.Design and optimization of the slewing,pitching and LTD mechanism of the stacker,make sure there are no longer problems that appear on primary stacker.These efforts have greatly improved the security of the new device,the service life of the equipment is prolonged,it also reduces the difficulty of manufacturing the whole machine.In summary,according to the reasonable selection and its optimization has theoretical and practical value.The modified stacker can better serve the coal transportation. |
