| The container car is a very important vehicle of the city and countryside. The container is the most important part of the container car. The reliability and rationality of the container’s structure is important to the container car’s safety. This N300PS monolayer container car is a small truck which is developed by the WULING motors company. Those N300PS monolayer container cars sells very well, but there are some problems of them because of the faults of design plan and production engineering. It is essential that we should build a model of the container and use the FEM to analyze it. Under the direction of two Professors, I have done the research of the N300PS monolayer container car’s container by ANSYS. This paper is about the research of the monolayer container car’s container.I have completed these following works in this paper:1. Based on the data, the model of the monolayer container car’s container was created in ANSYS.2. Successfully completed the parametric and component model of the monolayer container car’s container.3. The rationality of this model has been checked. The FEM’s analysis of some typical load case also has been done and the contacts technology was used in the analysis.4. With the results of Automobile road experiment, the dangerous components have been found, and we get ready to do the automatic calculated optimization. This article research significance lies in:the preliminary study is carried out about the parametric modeling of the container and the possible load case of it. This paper is important for the future work of the research on the N300PS monolayer container car monolayer container car. |
