To destroy the RC structure until the whole system ruin is so called Structure Test. Only if study all date of the experiment, can we estimate the safety situation and distortion characteristics of the structure resource and time, the Finite Element Analysis(FEA) of RC structures is becoming increasingly important. Firstly, this article introduce the ANSYS and the momentum of development of the technical of Carbon fibre reinforced Concrete(CFRC). Then from the strain—stress relationship of RC materials, the Failure Criteria, Failure Surface and various Failure Model of concrete is discussed respectively. Secondly, all element types needed in Non—liner Finite Element Analysis(NFEA)of RC structure and carbon cloth in ANSYS are studied. Finally, two examples of NFEA are given. This article introduced the process of NFEA detailed. Specially input parameter and Modeling in Preprocessor, apply the displacement and election of the convergence criterion in Solution. In General Postprocess, I display the stress, deformation and crack. Finally, through analyse of the result of NFEA. We get the CFRC can increase the flexural rigidity, reduce the size and number of the crack, increase the bearing capacity. All indicate that the technical of CFRC is valuable.
