Container cage structure is a container frame structure with a certain strength and stiffness for loading goods.With the rapid development of railway container transportation,container is used more and more widely in transportation,and the requirement of transportation safety is higher and higher.Therefore,it is necessary to design a new type of container cage structure.In this paper,the metal structure of a fast loading and unloading 20-foot container cage produced by a company in Shijiazhuang is taken as an example.To establish the finite element model of the container cage structure.Analysis of the stress and displacement distribution of container cage structure under various working conditions,and modal analysis of the container cage structure,and analysis of displacement response of the container cage structure during train braking.It provides a theoretical basis for the optimal design of container cage structure,and ensures the safety of the structure.The main research contents of this paper include:(1)According to the structural characteristics of the container cage structure,the model of the container cage structure is modeled by using APDL language,and the BEAM188 beam element and MASS21 lumped mass unit are adopted in the modeling process.(2)According to the technical requirements and testing methods of container,analysis and calculation of the container cage structure under 7 different working conditions are carried out by using ANSYS14.0 and stress distribution and deformation are obtained.(3)Through the modal analysis of the container cage structure,the first 10 natural frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes of the container cage structure are obtained.The main conclusions are as follows: the container cage structure has swings in the up and down directions,left and right direction,front and back direction,and there is also has the distorted swing.The natural frequency of the system can be changed by changing the size of each part of the cage structure,and the resonance phenomenon can be avoided in the process of use.The first 10 natural frequencies of the container cage structure are 6.667 8~35.747 Hz,and the frequency range is reasonable.(4)Through the analysis of the transient dynamic of the container cage structure,the displacement time history response curves of the container cage structure are obtained,which provides the basis for the dynamic design of the container cage structure.(5)Through the harmonic response analysis of the container cage structure,the amplitude frequency response curves of each point of the structure are obtained.Through the analysis,the resonant frequency of the structure is found,which provides a reliable basis for the optimal design of the structure.(6)A container fixing device with self-locking characteristics is designed,and its structure is checked to verify its reliability.The static analysis and dynamic analysis results of the container cage structure are studied in this paper.It provides a basis for the optimal design of container cage structures.
